Sewing Machine Service Now Available!


 
Sew Sisters have partnered with Larry Shackleton of Approved Sewing Machine Services Inc. Now you can drop off your sewing machines and sergers at our shop and Larry will service them for you. Larry’s service is second to none and you will be delighted with his work…guaranteed!


The cost of servicing your machine is 89.99 for most most machines, sergers and embroidery machines and 79.99 for mechanical machines. 
 
This is a comprehensive service that includes:
  • Removal of all covers
  • complete flushing/cleaning of mechanical moving parts
  • inspect machine for any signs of excess wear or damage
  • check and make any internal adjustment the machine may need (feed timing , hook timing etc)
  • clean all covers on the inside and outside
  • check, inspect and clean foot control unit
  • sew out machine, straight stitch, zig zag 2mm wide, max zig zag, a balance stitch , reverse and buttonhole
  • sew out will be done using a mettler 60/2 pink on top and white on bottom
  • check and install as needed software version
  • second inspection of tensions and adjust if needed
  • add red felts to spool holders
  • place the complete machine inside bag
  • machine ready for customer to pick up machine
