I'm not really up at 5:00 AM

Mary commented this week that she can't believe I am up at 5:00 am writing the blog.  I can assure you I am sound asleep in bed at that time.  A quick investigation revealed that I was time stamping my blog with Vancouver, rather than Toronto, time.  Oopsie ...now it's corrected and no one has to worry that I'm not getting enough sleep!
