Summer Project Update!

My bowl is full to overflowing so I have started sticking on my squares.  I need to make 4 panels measuring 40" x 4.5 metres (!!) to get the quilt to king size.  I spent about 5 hours getting this much done which when sewn will be a 24" square and used 625 out of the 14,000+ squares I have cut!  It's a great beginning but boy do I have a long way to go!
Here's the bowl after today's work:

What size are the squares? I have always wanted to do a project like this. I think I will see how yours goes first! I am such a chicken! Lauren
