Blogathon Canada in Quebec and the Territories!

We're visiting Quebec and the beautiful Territories today on Blogathon Canada!

The Hosts

Izzy at Dizzy Quilts

Izzy is a mother to six amazing kids, step-kids and foster kids and she also works full-time as an e-learning designer for a global company.  Izzy fell in love with quilting about four years ago when she bought a small baby quilt kit.  She started her blog as a way to keep a journal of her projects and in the process, discovered a whole community of quilters and bloggers from which she learns every day.

In early 2013, Izzy found the Montreal Modern Quilt Guild and started learning more about modern quilting. She says, "I still love the traditional blocks, but really like patterns and designs that mix fresh, modern fabrics and layouts with those traditional blocks."

Danielle at A Geek Crafty Life

Danielle says, "I’m just your average geek who loves to quilt. I like modern pretty girly things with a little tech ting. I live up North in the Yukon - with my hubs and our little dog – Gully. I’m lucky to get lots of time to spend in my room quilting and making beautiful things."

Izzy and Danielle have chosen delicious goodies from our store to giveaway on their blogs and have a great list of blogs for you to visit. Check them out and enter the giveaways on their blogs to win amazing prizes!

We're always looking to find more bloggers from these great places so if you're a quilting blogger from Quebec or the Territories and have not linked up to the host blogs this time do leave your blog link in the comments on this post. We would love to connect with you!

I love the quilt and the fabric!!! I have quilted for over forty years my quilts are hand pieced and hand quilted and donated to charity or someone i know. Like a woman at church who is losing her eyesight, or a six year old who has cancer, or a child in foster care and does not understand why they cannot go home. My problem is my income. I receive less than four hundred dollars monthly for disability so buying fabric is not an option. Thank you for a wonderful giveaway and happy holidays. babscorbitt@gmail.com
