Where has the summer gone? Even though fall is my favorite time of the year, I am sad to see the end of summer. I am enjoying some time at the cottage sewing and as promised this weeks blog post.

This weeks block is called Propeller. It is an interesting take on the Pinwheel block. The first step is to piece 4 half square triangle squares using fabric #1 and #3. Don't forget to trim those little triangles off the corners of your squares.

Sew 2 triangles to your pieced squares to make a pieced triangle.

What a nice block, I like it!
Looks like a nice little piece of heaven! I hope you can rest and recuperate a little there, Jeannie!
The blocks are really quite something. Your instructions are very appreciated.
