I hope you all had a great Labour Day Weekend! The summer went far too quickly but I must admit I am ready for fall. There are so many projects on my to do list and sooo many projects to finish. Once the weather cools down and the gardening subsides there is no stopping me.
This weeks block is called Whirling Five Patch. It is similar to the block that we did last week. It has the same triangle in a triangle segment.
First you will need to piece two triangles using fabric 1 and fabric 3. Press them and make 4.
Half Square Triangle Squares
Chain Pieced Triangle Segments
Chain piece another triangle, completing the pieced triangle segment. Clip apart and press.
Chain Pieced Segments
Join Pieced Triangle To Large Triangle

Thanks for your comment on last weeks block Sooli. I think it is nice as well. Do you prefer this weeks over last weeks, they are quite similar. Anita, it is my little piece of heaven! I have been going there for 40 years. Lots of great memories and have worked on lots of quilts up there in the past few years.
Have a great week everyone!
